As we all know, on December 17 in Tashkent was held the opening ceremony of the Republican Theater Festival "Navoi's image and works on stage", dedicated to the 580th anniversary of the birth of our great ancestor Alisher Navoi, the sultan of poetry. The festival, which has been going on in the capital for almost five days, presents plays of different styles to the specialists and spectators of the republic's theaters. Today, December 21, as part of the festival on the stage of the State Drama Theater of Uzbekistan. With the participation of the creative team of the Samarkand Regional Musical Drama Theater, the play "Love Garden" (legend) based on the great poet's work "Lison ut-tayr" ("Bird's tongue") (staged by Shokirjon Muradov) directed by Shukhrat Sanakulov was presented to experienced professionals and students. . The festival is scheduled to run until December 23.
