HISTORICAL POSTERS: "Tohir and Zuhra"
In 1941, the Samarkand Regional Music and Drama Theater for the first time in the process of staging the musical drama "Tohir and Zukhra" (director People's Artist of Uzbekistan Asror Juraev) moved to the music orchestra.
Tokhtasin Jalilov, author of the music, Doni Zokirov, the main conductor of the theater and qualified musicians will take part in the work. At the same time, performers and musicians were sent to various music schools, including Nasim Khoshimov and Noila Khoshimov, who graduated from the opera studio at the Moscow State Conservatory (1941) and returned to the theater and began to star in musical dramas.
